Denise is absolutely fantastic to work with. We were new home buyers, so needless to say, we needed a lot of guidance & help. She was so patient with us - responded to all of our silly questions on email, stayed late at the office to help explain things to us, joined us for some of our house tours.. The listings website is really easy to use. She sent us listings that she thought matched our interests, the open house timing etc. She was great at setting expectations from the start - this is a very challenging market to buy in; however, she was very encouraging. When we finally settled on a place, she went above and beyond, setting up a meeting with the seller to present our offer(s). She negotiated on our behalf & helped us stay within our budget, which is fairly challenging in the bay area. She was absolutely fantastic & we would recommend her to anyone.
